Thursday’s meeting allowed the Scouts, in their patrols, to discuss possible outings and fundraising goals for the upcoming year, and they drafted out a list of their plans for the Troop Committee to schedule on the calendar.

During the Scouts’ discussions, the Troop Committee met to work out which of the goal merit badges the Scouts selected last week can be accomplished during regular meetings though June, as well as discussed plans for next week’s Parent Meeting.

Gentle reminder: during the August 30th regular Scout meeting is our biannual PARENT MEETING at 7:00 pm. We will meet for both in the gym at FUMC. Parents, please plan to attend with your Scout, who will be doing other activities during our Parent Meeting. See you there!
